How long do I wait for a response to a email or phone call?
Pentagon Property Management strives to return all calls or emails within 24 business hours. If you have waited longer then this, please send your concerns directly to at George-Ann ext 102.
How do I/my tenant pay rent?
Our office accepts both personal and bank checks, as well as money orders. We do not accept cash. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for rent collection. We also provide a drop box, located at the door of our office, if you are unable to make it during normal business hours. You mail also may payments to our P.O. Box.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Our "Renters" page, on the right hand side, contains an online Maintenance submission form. This directly links to our office so that we can make sure your maintenance requests are taken care of as quickly as possible. Just fill out all of the information requested and we'll give you a call within 24-48 hours.
